This Easter weekend, the BVI Spring Regatta will be in full swing! This annual sailing festival takes sailors throughout the British Virgin Islands and features three days of some of the best sailing races in the Caribbean.

Lamburgers David

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground lamb
2 Tbs. Jerk Seasoning or 1-1/2 Tbs. Mango Kuchela
1 tsp. Seasoned Sea Salt
1/2 tsp crushed Rosemary 
                                            

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients well
  • Form into desired size patties:                                              1. Makes 16 sausage type patties for brunch or breakfast.       2. Makes 8 regular size patties for lunch or dinner.
  • Cook, according to size until preferred doneness (medium - medium rare is best)
