Sunny Caribbee Boursin Cheese

HERB PEPPER BLEND   SUNNY CARIBBEE BOURSIN   8 OZ. CREAM CHEESE 4 OZ. UNSALTED BUTER 3-4 TSP. HERB PEPPER BLEND   BLEND SOFTENED CHEESE AND BUTTER. ADD HERB PEPPER BLEND AND MIX WELL, LET MELLOW IN REFRIGERATOR FOR SEVERAL HOURS, (THE LONGER THE BETTER!). SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.

Hot/Iced Tea

  MANGO, PASSION FRUIT, RUM, LEMON SPICED & ORANGE SPICED       1 TSP. CARIBBEE TEA(HEAPING) 1 CUP BOILING WATER SUGAR TO TASTE POUR BOILING WATER OVER TEA. LET STEEP FOR 5 MINUTES. STRAIN AND ADD SUGAR TO TASTE. TO MAKE ICED TEA, ADD 1/4 TSP. LIME OR LEMON JUICE. CHILL AND SERVE. ENJOY HOT OR AS ICED TEA!!!

Caribbee Barbecue Sauce

Hot and spicy and great on hamburgers, steak, chops, ribs and chicken. What you will need: 1/3 cup Tomato Catsup 1/2 tsp Caribbee Hot Sauce 1 tbs Salad Oil   Instructions: Mix the Tomato Catsup, Caribbee Hot Sauce and Salad Oil and thin to desired consistency with water, wine or vinegar (Ginger-Garlic Vinegar is especially good).
