Shipping Policy: Orders shipping to the continental USA are ship via United States Postal Service's Priority Mail service. However, upon request, we offer shipping via the following couriers: Federal Express, DHL, UPS & BVI Post.
International orders (orders outside of the continental USA): Shipping is calculated based on your location and items ordered. Shipping rates and courier options will be given via email after receiving your order. Your order will not be shipped until a shipping method is approved by you. Additional charges will apply.
Shipping Time: Orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 1 - 4 business days, unless a product is out of stock and contact with the customer is necessary. Shipping time is estimated at 7 - 14 business days via the USPS mailing system. Shipping estimates for international orders are included in the email with shipping rates and courier options.
Calculating Shipping Cost: It's easy to calculate shipping costs on our Web site before you purchase a product. Just follow the steps below:
1. Add your items to the shopping cart (Login to your account or checkout as guess to create a new account).
2. Complete the first three steps of the checkout process to view your shipping cost.
Checking Order Status: To check the status of an order, click the Your Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to your account (you must have created an account after checkout in order to login). Orders that are awaiting shipment are defined as Pending while orders that have been processed are labeled Closed. During the processing of your order, if a problem is encountered, we will contact you via e-mail to inform you and offer a solution.
Returns Policy: We do understand that customers do change their mind. As such, we do offer a return policy to assist customers. In order to return a product for full refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging unopened and returned within 15 days of receipt. Products that have been opened or otherwise used are not refundable or eligible for return.
Damaged products? If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact our Customer Support department at 1 (284) 494-2178 or at email@example.com. Retain the original box and shipping documents and take pictures of the box and damage if possible (this will be helpful for us to file an insurance claim with the postal service).
