Pesto substituting nutritional yeast for parmesan. Now this truly can be dry stored or frozen. Ratio is 1 T Pesto to 2.5 T olive oil. Can also be used dry and mixed into sauces and dips.
Add to taste: Toasted pine nuts or other nuts, salt or pepper.
Ingredients: Basil, Parsley, Garlic, Nutritional Yeast, Salt, Lemon Peel.
