Shipping from our little country is complicated to say the least (paperwork, U.S. Customs, boat transport to the U.S. mail!) but we've got it figured out to your advantage. That annoying $5 Shipping/Handling fee that is added to each order is the per package charge that we must pay our Courier to manifest our outgoing packages and take them to St. John by boat in order to hand deliver them to the U.S. Post Office via U.S. Customs.

We ship most of our orders via USPS.com Flat Rate or First Class mail with tracking. We endeavor to ship one day per week, on Wednesdays (except holidays) but our location and the weather conditions do play a role since our shipping requires that extra leg by boat from the BVI to the USVI to get into the US Postal system.

Then, the price we add on to your final order, before we send your Secure Payment Link, is the actual cost of shipping (with no markup) from St. John to you based on your order - what we can fit in one of three sizes of USPS Flat Rate Trackable Packages: either a Padded Envelope (additional $13), or a Medium Box (additional $21) or Large Box (additional $27). If your order exceeds what we can comfortably pack in one of these three options, we will ship using a custom size box. When ordering, bear in mind that when we use one of the Flat Rate options, weight is not an issue so fill up with great Sunny Caribbee products and know that all of our spice blends can be frozen for a longer shelf life!

After you complete your online order, and it is processed by us and then paid for by you, you will receive an email with your USPS.com tracking number once we ship your goods. You can cancel your order at any time should you wish by emailing us or simply not completing the secure payment portion of the process.
